2.1. We provide a free, no-obligation referral service. We provide claims management services that introduces individuals who may have a potential legal claim (“you”, “your”) to independent, specialist law firms who are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in the UK (our “Partner Firms”).
2.2. We are not a law firm. We do not provide any legal advice, and the information on our Website should not be considered as such. Our service is limited to assessing the initial details of your potential claim and, where we deem it appropriate, referring you to a Partner Firm.
2.3. The assessment and handling of your claim, any legal advice, and the “No-Win, No-Fee” agreement will be provided solely by the Partner Firm to whom you are referred.
3. The Referral Process
3.1. To use our service, you must complete and submit the enquiry form on our Website, providing accurate and truthful information about yourself and your potential claim.
3.2. By submitting your information, you consent to us sharing this information with one or more of our Partner Firms for the purpose of assessing your claim.
3.3. We do not guarantee that your enquiry will result in a referral to a Partner Firm. The decision to take on your case is at the sole discretion of the Partner Firm.
3.4. If a Partner Firm agrees to consider your claim, they will contact you directly to discuss the next steps. Your relationship from that point forward will be with the Partner Firm.
4. “No-Win, No-Fee” Agreements
4.1. Our Partner Firms operate on a “No-Win, No-Fee” basis, also known as a Conditional Fee Agreement.
4.2. This means that if your claim is unsuccessful, you will not have to pay your solicitor’s legal fees.
4.3. If your claim is successful, the Partner Firm will be entitled to a “success fee,” which is a percentage of the compensation you receive. This percentage will be clearly explained and agreed upon in the separate terms and conditions you sign directly with the Partner Firm.
4.4. The “No-Win, No-Fee” agreement is a contract between you and the Partner Firm. We are not a party to this agreement and have no involvement in its terms or execution.
5. Your Obligations
You agree that:
- All information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
- You are over the age of 18.
- You will cooperate with the Partner Firm and provide them with any information or documentation they require to pursue your claim.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Our service is provided free of charge and is limited to the referral service described in these Terms.
6.2. We are not a party to the solicitor-client relationship that is formed between you and a Partner Firm. Therefore, we shall not be liable for any advice given, or any act or omission, by the Partner Firm in the conduct of your claim.
6.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from or in connection with your use of our Website or our referral service. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.
6.4. This limitation of liability does not apply to any liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will collect, use, and share your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
8. Complaints

8.2. If you have a complaint about the legal services provided by a Partner Firm, you must address that complaint directly to the firm in question. The Partner Firm will have its own complaints procedure, and if you are not satisfied with their response, you may have the right to complain to the Legal Ombudsman.

10. General Provisions
